Privacy standard expected of all people working with the Racine Play Foundation.
What information we collect
Racine Play Foundation collects information you provide directly when you register for programs, make donations, volunteer, or sign up as a sponsor, manager, player, or coach.
- Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
- Role and program information: program selections, volunteer or coaching assignments, sponsorship details
- Donation information: donation amounts, frequency, and payment confirmation when available through our payment processors
- Account credentials: login email and password for local accounts, plus any authentication data returned from identity providers such as Google, Facebook, GitHub, Microsoft, or X
Authentication and third-party sign-in
We use social identity providers including Google, Facebook, GitHub, Microsoft, and X for authentication. When you sign in with any of these services, we receive your profile information from that provider as permitted by your account settings and their privacy policies. We also support email and password accounts through a managed identity provider for users who prefer not to use social accounts.
Cookies and session management
We use encrypted, httpOnly session cookies issued by Azure AD B2C to maintain authenticated sessions. These cookies are required for secure sign-in and are not used for advertising tracking. Session tokens expire after a limited period; you can end your session at any time by using the Logout option, which clears the authentication cookie. Leaving a page does not automatically end your session; use Logout to sign out completely.
